Power Cut - Too Much Of A Good Thing?

So the Power Cut riddim promo cd has dropped with 29 tunes on the rhythm. Artists range from the usual suspects (Idonia, Vybz Kartel, Bounty Killer, Busy Signal) to the occasional suspects (Chino, Nicky B, Shano-O) to the "Why?"-suspects (Soltex 3000).

Power Cut is a decent riddim but why the producer voice 29 tunes pon him riddim? Thats too many, bout 19 too many - especially in an era when people dont bother paying for reggae anymore (hi soulseekers!) thats gonna hurt the producers wallet hard.
