Asylum Fraud Manager Still Paying Off Fine

In a follow-up to Assistant Manager of Asylum Steals JA$112,000, originally posted March 23rd 2007, the Assistant Manager of the Asylum Nightclub has just JA$44,000 of his fine remaining after making a payment of JA$10,000 on Wednesday.

Raymond Ramsey was convicted in March after pleading guilty to larcenary. When questioned by police Ramsey claimed his nephew needed to the money for surgery on a broken leg.
